A mumma of 4, businesswoman and girl’s girl.

Meet Roxanne, the beautiful mumma of four who’s chasing her dreams, caring less about what others think and sharing her self-discovery journey. Paving way for all inspiring entrepreneurs and hard-working mummas, she’s a testament to creating your own pathway, radiating positivity and wanting other women to also live their life to the fullest - a true girl’s girl!

In honour of International Women's Day, how do you relate to the theme “Inspire Inclusion”?
Being a mother of 4, a model, content creator, and business owner, I have so much self belief and never allowing what other people thought of me to stop me from going after what I want. I truly believe there’s a place for everyone, and if there isn’t a seat at the table for you; that you should build your own. I also believe it’s important to give each other and ourselves the space to go after what we want without judgement; and taking the time to recognise our achievements to continue to inspire other women to keep showing up as their authentic and true selves!

Being an inspiring mumma of 4 beautiful kids, what things do you hope your beautiful children learn from you, or is there any top future advice you’d give them?
You can’t buy time so don’t waste it.
Life is as beautiful as you choose to make it, you are the artist of your own life.
We live on a floating rock, do what lights you up and what makes you feel fulfilled and always tell the people you love that you love them.

What are your hopes and aspirations for the future of women in your industry?
I hope to see more every day women believing in themselves, knowing their worth and being paid adequately.  I would love to see everyone understanding their own worth and also paying others theirs. I’d love to see more women believe they are beautiful in their way, and knowing they have much more in them than they think.

Who's your biggest role model or female icon you look up to and why?
I honestly don’t really have one, I get obsessed with women who just go after what they want. I get inspired in daily conversations a lot, for example I was chatting to a girl on the weekend who wanted financial freedom so she could invest in her health which I loved.

How do you overcome any self-doubt or pursuing your career/side-hustles?
I remind myself that no one cares as much as I think they do, and if they do that’s about them not me. If I look at myself in the mirror at the end of the day, do I like myself? If the answer is no then I need to change something. With self doubt, I find that I have to remind myself that I’ve either done that before or I’m working on it so that’s okay.

What’s three words you’d use to describe the strong roles woman play today?
Inspiring. Multifaceted. Glorious.
