To save any worries, we recommend placing your order before the dates below to give the postal service the best chance to deliver your Baiia in time for Christmas.

Australia:  Tuesday, December 19

New Zealand: Sunday, December 17

International:  Wednesday, December 13



Standard Dispatch Time: Due to a high volume of orders, your order may take up to 2 business days to dispatch from Baiia offices, please be patient as we carefully pack your orders. All orders are sent from our HQ in sunny Brisbane, Queensland.

Please note all orders are final and we cannot guarantee any changes to your order before it is dispatched, including cancellations. Cancellations will incur a merchant fee.



Australia Post Express: 1-3 Business Days

DHL Express: 3-5 Business Days

To select Transit and Damage Protection on your order, please ensure that you select the shipping option including this wording. If you do select this cover, please note that transit protection included covers the event of lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Solutions are determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our own transit protection terms. Please get in touch ASAP if any of these situations apply to you.



Express Shipping over $200: FREE

Express Shipping under $200: $7 (AU) $15 (NZ)

Transit and Damage Protection: $3



With the exception of New Zealand, please purchase from our international store

New Zealand - You can spend up to $1,000 NZD and not incur any duty on your order. GST is 15% and due on any order above $1,000 NZD along with an import entry transaction fee and MPI levy.

Any local government import and duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that this is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, Baiia Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incurred of shipping and merchant fees.



If your item is on pre-order, this will be dispatched once it becomes available. You can find estimated delivery timeframes on the product page of your chosen item. If your order contains multiple items with one or more pre-orders, these will be sent together once the pre-order item(s) are ready for dispatch. Although we endeavour to keep stock lists up to date, unavailable stock may be displayed online. In the case of an order being placed which is not available we will contact you to process a refund or to find a suitable alternative.
