CONTENT CREATOR & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

The Role

We’re looking for a Content Creator & Social Coordinator to help plan, create, and edit content across social and paid channels. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally content-native, confident on camera, and excited to be part of the face of a brand our customers trust and love.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Founder, and paid ads team to create content that feels authentic, relatable, and very Baiia.

You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing, briefing, and planning content for the founder and team to film
  • Filming and editing Reels, TikToks, Shorts, try-ons, BTS, and educational content
  • Being regularly camera-facing yourself, appearing in content in a way customers can relate to and trust
  • Helping execute Baiia’s content strategy across organic and paid channels
  • Working with our paid ads team to adapt and recreate high-performing content
  • Writing captions and helping engage with our community
  • Managing the content calendar and supporting launches, campaigns, and collaborations
  • Assisting our marketing team with additional growth focused tasks.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are confident and comfortable being on camera (this is a big part of the role)
  • Have a warm, relatable presence that customers naturally connect with
  • Love creating short-form content and keeping up with trends
  • Have experience (formal or informal) in content, social, or digital marketing
  • Enjoy learning what makes content perform and improving over time
  • Are organised, creative, and love working as part of a team
  • Have an interest in fashion, eCommerce, or creative brands

(You don’t need to be “perfect”..  authenticity matters more than polish.)

Tools We Use (Nice to Have)

  • CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
  • Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads (creative side)
  • Canva, Google Drive, Notion, or similar

How to Apply

To apply, we’d love for you to complete this task:
Film a 20–30 second try-on or styling-style video (this can be anything you own.. swimwear, activewear, a top, a dress, etc.).

What we’re looking for:

  • You talking naturally to camera (no script needed)
  • A warm, relatable energy.. like you’re chatting to a friend
  • Simple editing (cuts, captions, or text overlays if you like)
  • Doesn’t need to be perfect or “polished”

You can:

  • Film on your phone
  • Edit in CapCut, TikTok, or any app you like
  • Use natural lighting
  • Keep it super casual

We care about who you are on camera just as much as what you can edit 💛 

Before applying, please make sure you meet the following:

  • You are comfortable regularly appearing on camera for brand content, and filming try-ons in a swimsuit.
  • You already have experience editing videos through CapCut or another video editing platform.
  • You have the right to work in Australia.
