Full Time Customer Service 

Full Time Role 

Location: Wooloowin, Brisbane, QLD. 

As Baiia's next Customer Service team member, you will work in our close knit team as you assist our customers with online and in person queries through DMs, emails, online form responses or during showroom consultations. With everything from helping customers find out about our products’ unique styling, their perfect fit and solutions to general questions about our brand, let your natural empathy, strong computer skills and love to get things done shine. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of our team as you use your skills to respond to customer enquiries in a timely, friendly and professional way that creates rapport and continues to build our brand reputation. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A love for assisting people and for finding solutions
• A strong understanding of customer experience gained through a similar role or retail experience
• A love for computer based and repetitive tasks
• Confidence and be well spoken
• A can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly
• An ability to give things a go and to take feedback well
• Experience in a similar role and experience with Gorgias CRM (highly regarded)

Temporary Warehouse Pick Packers (x2)

Temporary Role 

Location: Wooloowin, Brisbane, QLD. 

As Baiia's next Warehouse Pick Packer, you will work in our close knit team during one of our busiest period as you work behind the scenes and ensure that our customers receive their beautiful Baiia pieces in a timely manner. As you pick and pack orders with speed and accuracy, you will be working in our team who strives for success and lifts each other as we have fun, celebrate successes and make an impact each day.

You In The Role

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment that’s inclusive, fun and supportive as you make a real difference as customers receive exactly what they've ordered without delays. As you use your strong attention to detail to make sure that the right item/s are picked for each order, let your friendly competitiveness shine and attempt to break our Packing Speed Record while smashing your packing KPIs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Strong attention to detail to pick the correct items
• A love for relative tasks
• Be confidence and be well spoken
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• A can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly
• An ability to give things a go and to take feedback well
• Experience in a similar role and experience with proven packing skills (highly regarded)
