Terms & Conditions 


All requests for return of goods for credit or exchange must be made via email or our returns portal within 30 days of original order. Timeframe will be extended during Christmas period. Returns must be in the original condition, unworn, with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. There must be no sweat, makeup, deodorant, fake tan or marks of any kind. We reserve the right to reject and return your item if these conditions are not met. Baiia does not accept returns for refunds unless the item is faulty and approved by our quality control team. 

Items purchased on sale (including marked down, clearance or sample/second quality items) are final and will not be accepted for return.

As an Australian business, we are regulated by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). The Australian Consumer Law has consumer guarantees to ensure that, as a consumer, you are receiving a product that is not faulty, is inline with its description and be fit for purchase. The ACCC also highlight that the grounds in which a consumer is eligible for a refund. These reasons do not apply if you have received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. We are able to offer you a store credit if you wish to return your goods to us in as-received condition (outlined above), however do not offer refunds unless it's on the rare occasion that the product is received faulty. Prices are subject to change without notice.

In the rare chance a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, please use our returns portal to submit images and details of the fault or the item you received. You can also email our team at lovemail@baiia.com.au with the subject line Faulty/Incorrect Item - Order # XXX and your order number. We will resolve the issue with a replacement, refund or repair in line with Australian Consumer Legislation.


The Customer Service team at Baiia Pty Ltd do their best to ensure that they can accurately assist you to find your best size in our products. However, due to variation in the way that measurements are taken, the uniqueness of our bodies and each person's fit preference, we can not guarantee finding your perfect size. Our team are experienced and trained on our products and have had great success in assisting many different women of all shapes and sizes in finding their perfect fit.



Although Baiia Pty Ltd has taken great care to reproduce the colours presented as accurately as possible, colours may vary from monitor to monitor. The colours produced within this website may not match the actual fabric colours. Appearance of fabric colours in imagery are affected by many factors, including fabric type, photography lighting and varied monitor lighting. We use heat-sublimation printing for our products as it uses no water and non-toxic dyes, but it can produce slight print and colour variations. Each swimsuit has a hand-finished final seam in the crotch of the product (wrap suits and bikini bottoms) and side chest pieces (bikini tops) which allow for the items to be reversible. These seams may be visible and can vary with each swimsuit. These variations do not affect the wearability or comfort of the item. Baiia reserves the right to make revisions to our swimsuit patterns as required based on customer feedback.



All of our designs are handmade with care and are inspected before dispatch to ensure only the highest of quality swimsuits are sent to you.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a short description of the fault along with a minimum of two photos of the fault. Rest assured, we will work to resolve your enquiry with priority with either a replacement, repair or refund.



Baiia Pty Ltd offers a part reimbursement for alterations on our pieces of up to $20.00 per bikini set or wrapsuit. To qualify for your reimbursement, please ensure that you retain proof of your alteration in the way of a receipt or invoice. We will reimburse the cost or part cost of the alterations up to $20.00 via the payment method that you used to place your original order. Please note that once an alteration has been completed, you forfeit your right to return the item/s as it is no longer in original and as-received condition. Please note that alteration reimbursement is only valid for items purchased at their full RRP price and items discounted (eg purchased during Black Friday sales) or sold as is (eg. second and sample items) are not eligible.



ShipAid Transit Protection is automatically applied at checkout. Customers can remove transit cover from their cart at any time before purchase. Please note that Baiia is unable to add cover retrospectively to an order. Baiia is unable to retrospectively remove or refund ShipAid Transit Protection from your order after the sale has finalised. ShipAid provides remedy (replacement, refund, other) in the event of loss, damage or theft of your order whilst in transit. ShipAid does not cover theft after the package has been marked delivered, so please monitor your shipment via the tracking information that is provided in your dispatch email. 


Any local government import and duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that this is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, Baiia Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incurred of shipping and merchant fees.

Please note that Baiia Pty Ltd offers Delivered At Place (DAP) or delivered duty unpaid (DDU) for our customers in the United Kingdom. As such, we take responsibility for shipping the product only and it is your responsibility as the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees upon receiving your goods. Please keep this in mind when purchasing from us and ensure that these charges are factored into your overall product spend. Please note that items which are returned to us as a result of duties not being paid will be refunded minus any merchant, shipping and handling fees associated.

Baiia reserves the rights to amend this sale and promotion period or terms if required. Baiia can not guarantee cancellations or change of mind orders prior to dispatch. Items purchased from the archive collection are Final Sale and cannot be returned for refund, store credit or exchange.



Bucket Hats will be dispatched with standard express shipping as soon as they are available. Please allow up to 4 weeks for orders containing Bucket Hats to be dispatched. Please note, pre-order time frames are an estimate only and are subject to change. If your order contains multiple items with both pre-order and non-pre-order items, these will be sent together once the pre-order item(s) are ready for dispatch. Each bundle deal applies to selected styles only. Bundle promotions and deals last for a given period and are subject to change without notice. In order for the discount to apply, you must add the required number of the selected styles and add necessary items to cart. The discount will automatically be applied to your cart. Discount cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Discount is not applicable/redeemable for past orders.
