For items purchased during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales period, please expect an extended returns window of 45 days from the order being placed to account for any postage or dispatch delays. Please be aware that there may be a delay of up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Items purchased during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday period may be returned for a store credit note or exchange. Like-for-like exchanges (eg. a reversible bikini top exchange in a different print or size) will not attract any additional charges after the sales period has ceased. Exchanges for a different item (eg. a reversible bikini top exchanged for a dahlia dress) will be exchanged at the RRP of the new product after the sale has ceased. If any additional payment is required, this will be collected when the exchange is processed. If an exchanged item is less than the original item, a store credit note for the difference in price will be issued when the exchange is processed. Store credit notes are issued at the cost that the item was purchased for.
Promoter & Acceptance
1.1 The promoter is Baiia Pty Ltd ABN 48 637 122 939 of Brisbane, Queensland, 4051 (“Promoter”).
1.2 By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Baiia’s Privacy Policy.
1.3 Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion begins at 9:00 am AEST on [start date] and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on [end date] (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 Purchases or entries made outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
3.2 Employees, contractors and immediate family of the Promoter, or their agencies, are ineligible to enter.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and may disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
How to Enter
4.1 To enter the promotion and unlock extra entries, entrants must place a purchase (“Qualifying Purchase”) from the Promoter’s website during the Promotion Period. You can unlock smaller entries by interacting on social media platforms and this will be tracked internally.
4.2 A Qualifying Purchase is any completed and paid order placed online during the Promotion Period that is not refunded, cancelled or subject to a charge-back.
4.3 The Promoter may at its discretion reject entries if the purchase is reversed, refunded or otherwise invalid.
Prize
5.1 There is one (1) prize available for (1) winner only.
5.2 The prize is valued at $3,200, consisting of a AU$3,000 gift card from Flight Centre to be used towards travel (the “Prize”) winner will also receive a $200 Baiia Giftcard to spend.
5.3 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter may substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if required.
5.4 The winner must comply with any terms and conditions of the gift card issuer and any travel bookings made with the card.
5.5 All other costs associated with travel (e.g., visas, travel insurance, transfers, upgrades, excess baggage) are the winner’s responsibility.
Draw & Notification
6.1 A random draw will take place at 2pm on 12th December, 2025 via IG stories and Email newsletter conducted by the Promoter.
6.2 The winner will be notified by email and/or DM’s within two (2) business days of the draw.
6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of notification, another winner may be drawn.
6.4 The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
Verification & Claiming the Prize
7.1 The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age and residency and proof of purchase.
7.2 The Prize will only be awarded when the winner has complied with these Terms & Conditions and has been verified.
General
8.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.2 The Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if events beyond its control occur.
8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, employees, agents and suppliers will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential) arising from participation in this promotion or use of the Prize.
8.4 Any tax liability arising from the Prize is the winner’s responsibility.
8.5 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Privacy & Marketing
9.1 By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion and for future marketing (unless the entrant opts out) in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
9.2 The winner’s name and city of residence may be published by the Promoter for promotional purposes.
Amendments
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion, to amend, update or supplement these Terms & Conditions, including any details relating to the promotion or prize.
10.2 Any amendments will be published on the Promoter’s website and will take immediate effect from the time of publication.
10.3 Entrants are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure they are aware of any changes.
