Changing your Baiia pieces is now easier than ever, thanks to our new Returns Portal. Using your order number and email address, follow the prompts to return any items that may be the incorrect fit, are a change of mind or, in the very rare instance, that you have received an incorrect item or faulty product.
This all-in-one platform will allow you to provide us with helpful information about your current fit and why you've decided to return, the option to select an exchange or store credit, as well as enable you to generate a return label through our couriers partners or select your own shipping to get your item back to us faster.
**Please note that sizes are in AU sizing**
Follow the steps below to begin your return.
Before you begin your return, please see our helpful resources on swimsuit fits, especially if you are feeling like your piece/s are too small. Firmness is completely normal in our range due to the type of fabric we use and this will soften slightly with wear.
For additional support, please complete our Fit Consultation form if you would like some support from our Fit Experts who can provide you with extra guidance and education on our unique product before you exchange or return. Or, if you are local to Brisbane, you can also book in for our Showroom Experience to get your perfect fit in-person.
Please also familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions around our returns policy listed below on this page before beginning your return. Please note that we offer a store credit only for change of mind returns. In the rare case that your item is faulty, please lodge your return through our portal and our friendly customer service team will be in touch to assist with next steps.
All change of mind returns will be accepted for online store credit or exchange. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return for credit request, or if you'd prefer a different size, you are able to do a direct exchange via our online portal. All returned items must be returned in as-received condition, unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Please ensure to wear appropriate undergarments while trying on swimwear.
In the rare chance a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, please use our returns portal to submit images and details of the fault or the item you did receive. You can also email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line Faulty/Incorrect Item - Order # XXX and your order number. We will resolve the issue with a replacement, refund or repair in line with Australian Consumer Legislation.
We offer store credit notes or exchange if you wish to return your item for a better fit or because you have simply changed your mind. Our store credit notes have no expiry date and can be used for a similar product or for a completely different style. At this point in time, we offer exchanges for items of the same style but a different size only. Please note that due to the limitations of our returns portal, we are unable to offer an exchange on one item for multiple (eg. exchanging a wrapsuit for a bikini set). If you are wanting to do this, please select the Store Credit option and purchase your preferred set from our online store directly.
