What is a moment you felt proud of overcoming?

Stepping into a leadership role and backing myself even when I doubted my confidence. I realised growth comes from saying yes first and figuring things out along the way.

Who is the most inspirational woman in your life?

My mum. She’s strong, selfless, and has always shown me what resilience looks like. Everything I do is inspired by how she carried our family with grace.

What are three words you would use to describe the women of today?

Resilient, confident, evolving.

What advice do you have for women who are learning to be more confident?

Don’t wait until you feel ready - confidence comes from doing. Back yourself, speak up, and remember you don’t need to be perfect to be capable.
