Orders are dispatched from our Brisbane HQ within 1–3 business days. Orders are final once placed and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed (merchant fees apply).

- DHL Express (NZ): 3–5 business days
All Australian orders ship via Australia Post. Tracking and delivery preferences can be managed via the AusPost App.
Shipping Costs (AU & NZ):
- Free Express Shipping on orders over $300
- Under $300: $7 (AU) / $15 (NZ)
- Priority Dispatch + Express (next business day):
- Over $300: $19
- Under $300: $26 (AU) / $34 (NZ)

Pre-order items ship once available (estimated dates are listed on product pages). Orders containing pre-order items ship together unless requested otherwise. Timeframes are estimates and may change.
International Orders & Duties
With the exception of New Zealand, please purchase from our international store: www.baiia.co.
NZ orders under $1,000 NZD are duty-free (GST applies above this threshold). Any local taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Refused or returned parcels may incur return shipping and merchant fees.

Lost, Stolen & Availability
Orders marked Authority to Leave are the customer’s responsibility once delivered. Stock availability is subject to change; if an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
