Standard Dispatch Time: Allow up to 1-3 business days to dispatch from Baiia offices. We appreciate your patience as we carefully pack your orders. All orders are sent from our HQ in sunny Brisbane, QLD. Please note all orders are final and we cannot guarantee any changes to your order before it is dispatched, including cancellations. Cancellations will incur a merchant fee.
If your order was part of Black Friday please expect Dispatch Delays: Due to the high volume of orders during this sale period, please note that there may be a delay of up to 10 business days for dispatch as our team carefully packs your order. Baiia is unable to facilitate urgent orders and all orders will be packed and dispatched in the order that they're placed. Thank you for your patience during this time and please keep this in mind when you are purchasing your Baiia pieces and considering delivery dates. Please keep this, and courier delivery times during this peak period, in mind when estimating delivery dates.

DHL Express (NZ Customers): 3-5 Business Days
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. We recommend using the AusPost App to track and manage your delivery. In the app, you can:
- Set delivery preferences
- Track your package movements
- View your proof of delivery
- Authorise someone else to collect your package on your behalf at the Post Office
- Receive trusted notifications

Express Shipping over $250: FREE
Express Shipping under $250: $7 (AU) $15 (NZ)
Priority Dispatch + Express Shipping over $250 (ships next business day): $19
Priority Dispatch + Express Shipping under $250 (ships next business day): $26 (AUD) $34 (NZ)
Please note that in certain rare cases where the shipping cost of an order is significantly higher due to factors such as the weight, size of the package, or the delivery location, we reserve the right to request additional payment to cover these excess shipping fees. Should this situation arise, we will promptly contact the customer to discuss the options available. The customer may choose to proceed with the additional payment to cover the excess shipping fees or alternatively, they may opt to cancel their order. However, it's important to understand that we are unable to refund any merchant fees associated with the canceled order.
USA & WORLDWIDE SHIPPING COSTS
With the exception of New Zealand, please purchase from our international store www.baiia.co
New Zealand - You can spend up to $1,000 NZD and not incur any duty on your order. GST is 15% and due on any order above $1,000 NZD along with an import entry transaction fee and MPI levy.
Any local government import and duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that this is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, Baiia Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incurred of shipping and merchant fees.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
Should your order be lost, stolen or damaged while in transit, Shipping Protection ensures you qualify for a replacement or refund. Shipping Protection is automatically added to your cart, but can be removed. Please note - if you choose not to opt in, we cannot guarantee compensation in the event of loss, theft or damage to your parcel during transit.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
By choosing 'Authority to Leave' you take responsibility should the order go missing after it has been marked as delivered. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
PRE-ORDERS
If your item is on pre-order, this will be dispatched once it becomes available. You can find estimated delivery timeframes on the product page of your chosen item. If your order contains multiple items with one or more pre-orders, these will be sent together once the pre-order item(s) are ready for dispatch. If you’d like to organise for your items to be sent separately, please drop us a line at lovemail@baiia.com.au.
Please note pre-order time frames are a delivery estimate only and are subject to change. Please let us know if you are hoping to have your pre-order item by a certain date and we will try our best to accommodate.
AVAILABILITY
Although we endeavour to keep stock lists up to date, unavailable stock may be displayed online. In the case of an order being placed which is not available we will contact you to process a refund or to find a suitable alternative.
